Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to consumer purchases made on the Levion Turkey Store where the Seller of Record is Hera Ankara Ballo Organizasyon. It explains your statutory right of withdrawal, how to return goods, when refunds are issued, and how we handle defective products. This policy forms part of the pre‑contract information provided on the website and the Distance Sales Contract under Turkish law.
1. Your 14‑day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14‑day withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the product. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.
You do not need to provide a reason, and you may exercise withdrawal by making a clear statement (email or letter) to the Seller. Use of the model withdrawal form is optional.
2. How to request withdrawal
Send a clear withdrawal request by one of the following methods:

Include your order number, your name and address, and the products you wish to return. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request via email or other durable medium.
3. Return period (14 days after withdrawal notice)
Unless we offer to collect the product, you must send the product back within 14 days from the date you notify us of withdrawal. The return must be dispatched within this period; it does not need to arrive within 14 days. You should retain proof of dispatch (e.g., shipping receipt or tracking number).
4. Return address and RMA
Return address: HACI BAYRAM MAH. KOSOVA CAD. NO: 9 İÇ KAPI NO: 3 ALTINDAĞ (Ankara, Türkiye). For efficient processing we operate a return‑reference system (RMA). After you notify withdrawal, we will send you a return reference (RMA) and instructions for packing and shipping. Using the return reference helps us route your package, but your statutory withdrawal remains valid even if you return the goods without an RMA.
5. Designated return carrier and return shipping cost
Our designated return carriers are Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo and DHL Türkye . If you return the product via this carrier following our instructions, you will not be charged return shipping costs. If the designated carrier has no branch where you are located, we will arrange pickup without extra charge. If you choose a different carrier, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost and the risk may pass to you once the goods are handed to that carrier.
6. Refund timing and method
We will refund all payments received from you (including the original delivery fee, if any) within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. When the product has been delivered, we may withhold the refund until (a) we receive the product back or (b) you supply proof that you have returned it via the designated carrier—whichever happens first. Refunds will be made in one installment using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge any refund fee; however, any bank fees or currency‑conversion differences charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
7. Product condition for change‑of‑mind returns
During the withdrawal period, you may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, consistent with normal operation and the instructions. You are responsible for any diminution in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary for this assessment. We may reduce the refund by the amount of the diminished value if the product is returned with signs of use, missing parts, or damage not attributable to shipping.
8. Hygiene and sealed goods
Certain goods are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their protective elements (such as seals, bands, wraps or packaging) are opened. For example, high‑speed hairdryers delivered with a hygiene seal may not be eligible for a change‑of‑mind return if the seal has been opened after delivery. This exception does not affect your rights for defective or non‑conforming goods.
9. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If the product you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered:
· Contact us immediately at support@leviontech.com with your order number and photos or video of the defect or damage. We recommend reporting transit damage as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) so we can investigate quickly; this reporting window does not limit your statutory rights.
· We will offer troubleshooting and, if the product is confirmed defective or incorrect, you may choose a free repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. For such cases, the cost of return and replacement shipping will be borne by us and does not affect your 14‑day withdrawal right.
· For electrical personal‑care goods like hairdryers, statutory warranty and after‑sales service obligations apply. In Türkiye, hairdryers have a useful life of five years and must have at least fifteen authorised service stations; repairs must be completed within twenty business days.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please first contact us at support@leviontech.com so we can resolve the issue. You may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court. For disputes below the threshold set by the Ministry (186 000 TL for 2026) the Consumer Arbitration Committee is competent; for higher amounts, mandatory mediation before court proceedings may apply.
