Return & Refund Policy

We want returns to be simple and fair. If you change your mind or something isn’t right, follow the steps below so we can sort it quickly.
1) Your right to return (14 days)
You can cancel and return your online order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. This is your statutory “right of withdrawal” for distance sales in Türkiye. The 14-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.
● After you tell us you’re withdrawing, you must send the product back within 10 days.
● We’ll refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. If the product has already been delivered, we may wait until we receive it back (or you provide proof you sent it) — whichever comes first
Note: We sell only in Türkiye. This policy is tailored to Turkish consumer rules.
2) Eligibility & condition
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, and protective films intact. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase (the email confirmation is fine).
Hygiene & safety items
High-speed hairdryers are personal-care products. For hygiene/safety reasons, if any hygiene seal or protective packaging is opened, we can’t accept a change-of-mind return. This is an exception permitted by law for sealed goods not suitable for return once opened.
If we receive a return that isn’t eligible (e.g., signs of use, missing parts, broken seals), we may reject the return or, at our discretion, accept it with a deduction for diminished value/restocking (see Section 6).
3) If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please inspect your order on delivery. If it’s damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact support right away (ideally within 48 hours) with photos/video and your order number. We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund as required by law (faulty goods are protected under Turkish consumer law/warranty rules).

4) How to start a return (RMA required)
To keep things fast and traceable, please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA can’t be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you:
- your RMA number,
- the return address and
-
packing and shipping instructions.
Please send the parcel promptly and share the courier name and tracking number by replying to the RMA email (this speeds up processing).
5) Who pays return shipping?
● Change-of-mind returns: The customer pays return shipping (current rule), provided this is clearly stated and the designated carrier is used; this aligns with the Distance Contracts Regulation in Türkiye in force in 2025.
● Defective/incorrect items: We pay return shipping.
Heads-up: A 2025 amendment will shift costs toward the seller starting 1 January 2026 (consumer shouldn’t bear return costs when using the designated carrier). We’ll update our policy before that effective date.
6) Restocking / diminished-value deductions
Exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal should not trigger fees if the product is simply checked as you would in a store. However, if the item is returned with use beyond what’s necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., visible wear, missing parts, damaged packaging), we may deduct for diminished value. Turkish guidance allows value-reduction where the consumer’s handling causes loss in value; normal “try/inspect” use does not count.
● Restocking fee placeholder: We may apply a restocking/cleaning deduction of up to [100%] of the product price or the actual diminished value, whichever is lower.
● Hygiene-seal broken returns for change of mind will be rejected (see Section 2).
7) Refunds — method & timing
● We’ll confirm by email when we receive and inspect your return.
● If approved, refunds go to your original payment method. We aim to process within 3–5 business days after inspection; by law, we’ll complete the refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice (we may wait for the return or proof of shipment).
● We refund the product price and, where required by law, the original standard delivery fee (if paid). We can’t refund any bank charges or currency-conversion differences levied by your payment provider outside our control.
If your refund hasn’t arrived 15 business days after our approval email, contact us so we can check with the payment processor.
9) Unregistered returns & COD
We can’t accept unregistered returns (no RMA) or cash-on-delivery return parcels. Returns must arrive prepaid and trackable.
10) Return address
Returns are processed at our Ankara warehouse. The exact address and addressee line will be provided in your RMA email to avoid mis-delivery
