Pre‑Information Form
This Pre-Information Form ("Form") is provided to the Consumer before the distance sales contract is concluded, pursuant to Article 5 of the Distance Sales Regulation.

If any additional costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will inform you before you complete your order. Optional paid services will not be pre-selected.
D. Payment, delivery and performance
- Payment methods accepted: Card / Bank transfer
- Delivery area: Türkiye
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
- Maximum delivery time: 30 days from receipt of your order unless we agree otherwise.
- Risk of loss: The Seller is responsible for loss or damage until the Product is delivered to you or your designated recipient. If you choose a different carrier than the Seller’s designated carrier, risk transfers to you when the Product is handed over to that carrier.
E. Right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the Product. If multiple items are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to exercise withdrawal
Send a clear statement of your decision (e.g. e-mail, letter) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the withdrawal form attached to this Form, but it is not obligatory.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request on a durable medium without delay.
Return deadline
Unless we offer to collect the Product, you must send it back within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice. Handle the Product only as necessary to determine its nature and functioning; you are not liable for diminished value due to reasonable inspection.
F. Return carrier and return shipping costs

If you use our designated carrier, you cannot be charged return shipping costs. If there is no branch where you are located, we will arrange collection at no additional charge. If you return the Product using another carrier, you may have to pay return costs only if we have clearly informed you of this in advance.
G. Withdrawal exceptions (summary)
You cannot withdraw from certain contracts, including:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
- Health and hygiene-sensitive goods
- Goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
- Sealed digital content on a physical medium once the seal has been opened.
- Other exceptions listed in Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation.
For personal care devices like hair dryers, this exception applies only if a protective seal is opened and the device cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
H. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact support@leviontech.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may:
- Submit your dispute to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if the amount in dispute is below 186,000 TL (for 2026).
- For claims above this amount, apply first to mediation under Article 73/A and then, if needed, to the Consumer Courts.
I. Storage of this information
A copy of this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract will be sent to you on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) immediately after you place your order, so you can store and access them for future reference.
